- The Jargon Buster will help you get behind the jargon and understand what you are being told.
- The Jargon Buster will also help you identify the key words you need to understand if you want to find out more about your finances. You may want to add words from the Jargon Buster to your personal dictionary if you have one.

Getting to know the Jargon Buster

- You will get the most out of the Jargon Buster if you understand all its features.
- Roll your mouse over this picture of the Jargon Buster and find out what it can do.
- Click the Jargon Buster on the toolbar near the top of screen and try it out for yourself.
Using the Jargon Buster
- The Jargon Buster is very simple to use.
- It will come up on screen automatically if you click a highlighted word in the text, like this: balance.
- You can also open it at any time by clicking the icon on the toolbar.
- If you want to find a word, click the letter it begins with. Then scroll down through the list of entries to find the word you want. Click the word to see an explanation.
- If you like, you can print out the whole Jargon Buster or just the entry you are looking at. Use the buttons at the bottom of the Jargon Buster.
